The same could not be said for Taxicode who were rude when I spoke to them and who auto-assigned me the most expensive type of car service then wouldn't let me change it. "There was a mistake over the collection point so I had to phone when the taxi did not arrive. This involved waiting and also paying extra. My confirmation email that I received when I booked did state the lion at Daventry and I presumed the amount I paid was the correct amount for the journey, therefore to pay £30 extra was a shock. I may have looked elsewhere if I knew the true cost . I did tip the driver when he did arrive As he had obviously been inconvenienced "

There were empty food wrappers in the door pocket It had clearly not been cleaned I think it’s unlikely the driver had sanatised it after the last customer either which made us feel uncomfortable in the current Covid situation Overall what should have been a great experience was very disappointing "
